Up for sale here is a vintage ROLEX VALJOUX 23 6.5mm yellow gold crown.
This is a TAP 9 (for 0.9mm stem) - which will take your Valjoux 23, Valjoux 72 Valjoux 69 based Rolex chronograph movement.

The crown has a diameter of ~6.5mm and are ~1.9mm thick.
